Under the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (one of the longest Acts in British Parliamentary history) all companies are required to submit certain documentation to Companies House, often within strict time limits.

Once established, we can take care of completing and lodging the relevant documentation with Companies House – often electronically – including, Annual Returns, and all forms relating to changes in directors, secretaries, addresses and shares of the company.

As well as preparing your annual accounts, if required we will take care of filing these with Companies House, taking advantage of the option to file abbreviated accounts where this applies.

If required, we can act as Company Secretary, and can provide your company with its Registered Office address.
